About Ponce

We started in one neighborhood. We didn’t stay there.

John Ponce grew up in Waterside at the Catawba, and the first lawns he cut were on the streets he grew up on. Word moves fast in a neighborhood like that. Today Ponce maintains 50+ properties inside Waterside alone.

That reputation is what let us expand out of it. The crew now runs routes across Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Indian Land, and Rock Hill — and a house we have never seen before gets the same standard as the one two doors down from where he grew up.

We are a small company on purpose. The owner is on the property for every landscape quote, you get his cell number instead of a dispatcher, and if something is not right we come back.
